Paranormal Romance Discussion > Joey W. Hill
Hi all, I am new to this concept and I'm looking forward to participating. Just bought J.W.H. new book "The Mark of the Vampire Queen. These are a must have in your library. Read her fist one just by seeing it in the book store and I found it compelling me to read it. Never read a paranormal romance before and I was in for a treat. Hope to see her at the NT Book Lover's Convention in Pitts. come April.

I have her first book on my TBR stack. What is the first book like? Can you send some info on it? I've been hearing some buzz about this author.
Oh yes, and I thought for the longest time Joey was a male writer.

Hi Tara, By far Joey is not male, The first bk, 2 me was compelling bcause first, the cover. I know, do not judge a bk by it's cover. I bought it and read it and loved it. It was the first bk I read of it's kind. She is graphic, but I was into female vampires, bcause"of a special male friend." I think you must read it to form ur own opinion. I have started the second one and I will say she has communicated w me over the internet and I'm going to see her @ the RT Book Lover's convention in Pitts. in April. I am new to the Genre so my experience is limited. Please read her book and then get back to me. D.

Tara, where r U? Have U had a chance to look @ J.W.H.'s site? If U have, what do U think? If 1 is not used to this Genre, they would be either surprised or shocked. I have not read any of her BD or others, but I will. Her writings open a whole new concept. D.
